This clinical trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of venetoclax-based consolidation therapy versus conventional consolidation chemotherapy (intermediate/high-dose cytarabine) in newly diagnosed adult patients with intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
