WITHDRAWNPhase IIBladder cancer

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if a partial cystectomy with extended pelvic lymph node removal will be effective at treating Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer instead of a complete cystectomy with extended pelvic lymph node removal. This clinical trial aims to determine the safety and oncologic efficacy of the intervention, and to examine patient-reported quality of life outcomes in participants. Participants will receive the standard pre-surgery treatment for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. After the pre-surgery treatment is completed, participants will undergo a partial cystectomy with extended pelvic lymph node dissection. After surgery, participants will receive adjuvant systemic therapy.

Our center plans to conduct a randomized, open-label, parallel-controlled, multi-center phase III study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Toripalimab for HR+/HER2- breast cancer. The aim is to further explore the treatment strategy of chemotherapy with immunotherapy for patients with HR+/HER2- breast cancer, provide more treatment options for breast cancer patients, and offer a potential theoretical basis for the precision treatment of breast cancer. The primary study objective is to evaluate the pathologic complete response(PCR)and RCB0-1 ratio of neodjuvant treatment of HR+/HER2- breast cancer.

This study is a prospective, multi-cohort, multicenter, open-label exploratory clinical trial. The primary study objective is to evaluate the pathologic complete response (PCR) of treatment of HR+/HER2-low breast cancer with neoadjuvant therapy combined with Trastuzumab Rezetecan and Toripalimab , including the incidences and types of adverse events. The secondary endpoints include event-free survival (EFS), residual cancer burden (RCB), and objective response rate (ORR).
