Camrelizumab

This is a open-labeled, single-arm, Investigator-initiated clinical trial of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in combination with radiotherapy in patients with early triple-negative breast cancer. We will enroll 60 subjects. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of early TNBC。

The purpose of this study is to establish a prospective, single-center platform research based on clinical subtypes to explore precision neoadjuvant therapy in patients with operable breast cancer who met the indications for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and by the update of basic translational research in the center, especially the refinement of typing, the discovery of new targets and the development of novel targeted drugs, verified the effectiveness of new targeted drugs in neoadjuvant therapy.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab in combination with apatinib and chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy in participants with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).

Badanie testuje połączenie trzech leków: famitinibu, camrelizumabu i standardowego leczenia wyboru lekarza. Celem jest sprawdzenie, czy dodanie famitinibu do camrelizumabu lepiej leczy zaawansowanego raka piersi potrójnie ujemnego, który nie można operacyjnie usunąć.
