REGYNERA(dia)TION is an international, multicenter, ambispective observational patient registry of adults with recurrent gynecologic malignancies after prior radiotherapy who are treated or planned for reirradiation and/or total ablative strategies as part of routine clinical care. The registry does not assign treatment. Radiotherapy technique, dose, systemic therapy, surgery, metastasis-directed therapy, imaging, and follow-up are selected by the treating multidisciplinary team according to local standards and patient-specific factors. The registry will collect harmonized retrospective and prospective data on disease characteristics, prior radiotherapy, recurrence pattern, reirradiation or ablative treatment exposure, response, progression, survival, severe treatment-related morbidity, fistula events, and patient-reported outcomes where available.

The primary objective of this study is to measure efficacy of saruparib + physician's choice of ARPI compared with placebo + ARPI in men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) who have previously received docetaxel chemotherapy or a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-directed lutetium-177 radioligand therapy with no evidence of disease progression and PSA ≥ 0.2 ng/mL.
This study is open to adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out how well people with this type of cancer tolerate taking study medicines called obrixtamig and pumitamig. Another purpose is to check whether the combination study treatment can make tumours shrink. Obrixtamig and pumitamig are being developed to help the immune system fight cancer. Participants are put into 2 groups. One group gets obrixtamig and pumitamig. The other group gets obrixtamig and pumitamig with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide). All study treatments are given as infusions into a vein. This study does not have a fixed duration. Participants can receive obrixtamig and pumitamig for up to 2 years if they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. Participants visit the study site regularly, with some overnight stays required. During this time, doctors regularly check for health problems that could be caused by the study treatment. They also monitor the size of the tumour(s) and take laboratory tests.
The study is for patients with advanced melanoma who are eligible for standard therapy with Pembrolizumab.
About the trial
The purpose of this randomized study is to evaluate whether a six-month program of structured resistance exercise combined with individualized nutritional support can preserve or improve skeletal muscle mass and muscle quality in adults with stage II to IV malignant melanoma who are starting treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Participants will be randomly assigned either to the exercise and nutritional intervention in addition to standard oncology care or to standard oncology care alone. The study aims to obtain complete measurements from at least 40 participants. Assessments will be performed at baseline, after 3 months, and after 6 months. They will include magnetic resonance imaging of the thigh, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, bioelectrical impedance analysis, indirect calorimetry, clinical data, and patient-reported outcomes. The study will compare changes in skeletal muscle mass and volume, fatty infiltration of skeletal muscle, sarcopenia, body composition, resting energy expenditure, quality of life, fatigue, treatment tolerance, treatment delays, and early treatment discontinuation between the two groups. Treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors is provided as part of routine clinical care and is not the investigational intervention.
